Delivery, returns and warranty

We currently deliver to Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

Estimates are working days from dispatch. We'll message you with tracking details when your order leaves us.

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery or collection if it doesn't match its listing — for example, an undisclosed defect, a failed test we marked as passed, or a missing accessory we listed as included.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order reference and a short description or photo.
2. We'll confirm the return and arrange collection or drop-off.
3. Once we've checked the item, we refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days.

What's not covered

• Defects that were disclosed on the listing.
• Damage after delivery, such as drops or liquid.
• Features marked “Not tested” on the listing, unless a warranty on that item says otherwise.

Warranty terms vary by item and are stated on every listing. Most items carry a 14- or 30-day UK Used Nigeria warranty against faults that weren't disclosed. The condition grade alone does not imply a warranty.

If a covered fault appears, we'll repair the item, replace it with an equivalent where available, or refund you.

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched or collected. Contact us with your order reference.
